Would the application provide more benefit to you if it were hosted locally, off the cloud?
Maybe you have user or data related administrative needs beyond those readily available in the core self-service functionality, such as multiple admin users, data import/export, merging instances, modified user access controls, or custom contextual bias lists in the rating change survey.
Though the application is designed to support intuitive, unfacilitated use, a facilitated session may just the ticket for special initiatives, training in optimal use, etc.
