Minor updates clean a few things up

Nothing deep here, but a small number of aesthetic updates to the Oneslate application have been deployed and are perhaps worth mentioning:

  1. The treestreams are now literally the central focus of the homepage, making it cleaner and more relaxed. Admin users on private instances can still add custom content to the home page, but it should get tucked away to the sides to be out of the way.
  2. The private instance login page has been styled, so it should be more comfortable to look at and use now.
  3. The application’s minimum width has been reduced to work pleasantly down to XGA resolution. The topbar’s minor layout changes are what mainly allow this.
  4. Also relating to the topbar, the profile link now reads “profile”; the logged-in-as email address is accessible in one click from “settings”.
